dc.description.abstract The research was conducted to identify the influence of organisational climate on employee commitment and job satisfaction. We discovered that the socio-psychological or organisational climate is a complex of psychological characteristics, reflecting the state of relationships and the degree of satisfaction of employees with various factors of the life of the collective of services and units of law enforcement agencies. According to the research, the formation of a high-quality social environment in the organisation makes it possible to achieve high labour efficiency, by increasing the level of satisfaction with the work of personnel. During the research, the effect of employee performance and job satisfaction among Kazakhstani workers were analysed and the difference of patterns for male and female employers was investigated. Using a quantitative research method, as well as a survey of male and female workers, it was discovered that the socio-psychological climate has a significant impact on workers’ productivity, with some differences between genders. One of the major findings was that a favourable socio-psychological environment, good relationships with colleagues and job flexibility might be more influential for the job satisfaction of female workers than their male counterparts. These findings require additional investigation and implementation of practical solutions in order to improve Kazakhstan's organisational climate ru_RU
